Cancellation Policy
Because we are open by appointment only, we require that you provide us with a credit card to put on file to hold your appointment slot. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment you may cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours in advance with no penalty. You have the ability to cancel or reschedule your appointment by following the link in your confirmation text/email. You may also contact the studio at 774-420-2920.
Should you cancel less than 3 hours in advance, or fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment, a charge FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. We understand things happen that may be out of your control, and wish we didn't have to charge in these cases, (in fact, the only thing we hate about our job is having to enforce our cancellation policy) but please understand that we almost always have a waiting list!
If you arrive more than 10 min late without notice you are forfeiting your scheduled appointment time and may have to wait to be seen. Why? Our appointments are only 20 minutes long, so if we agree to take you 10 minutes late we will most likely run late with every single other client for the remainder of the day/night- that wouldn't be fair to those who show on time, don't you agree? However, we understand that things come up and promise to always do our very best to accommodate you!
Return Policy
Any unopened products can be returned within 30-days of purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot not accept any returns beyond 30 days of the original purchase date.
